Shipping Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. For pre-orders, please wait until the expected arrival date of the product, for which Zettai Store is not responsible for any delays or shortages.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order price, total weight of the order, and destination. You can view shipping costs at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
In no case will Zettai Store be liable for damages due to or related to transportation after the courier has taken charge of the shipment.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging and, subsequently, the products.
In case of visible damage or tampering with the package, the courier should be requested to accept it "With Reservation," which will be noted upon delivery. This way, it is possible to request a refund based on the damage received from the courier if present.
For more delicate items (statues, glass, etc.), we recommend insured shipping. The cost borne by the customer will generally be increased by the expense related to the service.
Product Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the delivery date, following these guidelines:
Return Conditions: Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of damaged, used, or unpackaged products.
Return Procedure
Contact us through the website within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Once authorization is received, securely pack the products and include the provided return form.
Ship the package to the address indicated on the return form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return, such as opened cosmetics, food, or personalized items. Please contact us for more information on these specific items.
