Terms and Conditions of Zettai Store

Welcome to Zettai Store! These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.zettaistore.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products on it. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

1. General Information

2. Use of the Site
   By accessing the Site, the user agrees not to use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Registration
   To place an order on the Site, the user may register by creating an account. The information provided must be accurate and complete. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Orders
   By placing an order on the Site, the user agrees to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. An order or preorder can be canceled within 5 days with a refund of the money paid; if this period is exceeded, a voucher will be issued, which can be used on the Site within 12 months.

5. Prices and Payments
   The prices of the products are indicated on the Site and include VAT; they may change without notice. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be calculated separately. Payment can be made using the methods indicated on the Site, and the shipment will only be made after the correct payment has been verified.

6. Shipping and Delivery
   Zettai Store ships within Italy and abroad. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Zettai Store is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. Products on preorder may experience changes in delivery dates and/or quantity, which are independent of Zettai Store and for which no responsibility is assumed.

7. Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform Zettai Store of their decision via the Site or email. The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. The return shipping costs are the user's responsibility. The refund will only be issued after the returned product has been verified to meet the above conditions.

8. Legal Warranty
   All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code and in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods. In case of non-conformity, the user is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or to a price reduction or contract termination.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Zettai Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products from the Site. In any case, Zettai Store's liability is limited to the value of the user's order. For cosmetic and/or food products, strictly follow the labels and check for any allergens.

10. Privacy
    The protection of users' personal data is a priority for Zettai Store. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of the court of Turin.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Zettai Store reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the Site. Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any updates.
